Student films to be included in the 11th annual Klamath Independent Film Festival Klamath Film held its fourth annual Klamath Film Youth Film Fellowship Aug. 7-11 at Klamath Community College - a FREE week-long film camp designed for middle school and high school area youth to learn basic filmmaking skills.
