Klamath Film receives COVID-19 emergency funding

Oregon Humanities, Oregon Community Foundation provide COVID-19 arts organization support grants

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit everyone with different hardships, and nonprofit arts organizations are no exception.
Among its many impacts, Klamath Film has been forced to cancel events – the proceeds from which we depend on to operate; and lost sponsors and donors that are vital in continuing our mission to support and promote filmmaking in the Klamath Basin.
We recognize that many small businesses and individuals are hurting at this time, and in the interest of maintaining our organization Klamath Film pursued several arts organization-related COVID-19 support grants that specifically aim to help groups such as ourselves.
We are incredibly grateful to the Oregon Humanities and the Oregon Community Foundation(Fred W. Fields Fund) COVID-19 Emergency Relief Arts Grants for their recent support of Klamath Film. These funds will help keep Klamath Film operational during these difficult times, and hopefully soon have us all going back to movies when it is safe to do so!
