Ninth annual Klamath Independent Film Festival  showcases 46 Made-in-Oregon films The ninth annual Klamath Independent Film Festival has come and gone, and what an experience it was! Sept. 17-19 we welcomed the majority of our filmmakers and hundreds of visitors to The Ross Ragland Theater, with many more tuning in live or on-demand through the livestreaming access of KIFF2021.
