The fifth film shot in the Klamath Basin in 2021 made its world premiere this week on Al Jazeera – a half-hour documentary titled “When the Water Stopped.” The film is an exploration of the history and current ongoing battle over water in the Klamath Basin, with a close look at perspectives of irrigators and Klamath Tribes. Joyce Dickens, Bowen Browder elected to one-year terms by membership. George Tyson added for three-year term In addition to the Board of Directors members appointed to three-year terms, Klamath Film bylaws also include an annual election of two board positions based on nomination and final vote by active Klamath Film members.
