5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020 at Pelican Cinema, 2643 Biehn St., in Klamath Falls, Ore.
This is a special opportunity to see the short films nominated for the upcoming 2020 Oscars. These films don’t tend to show in theaters or be easily available for rent, but Klamath Film is bringing them to you on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020 at Pelican Cinemas, 5-8 p.m.
The short film format tends to allow films to be more adventurous in subject matter and craft…and audiences get to experience a little something for everyone with 10 films, both animated and live action, mashed into one evening.
The animated shorts will begin at 5 p.m., live-action shorts to begin around 6:30 p.m. after a short break. $10 at the door for the whole program, or $5 discount if you become a member of Klamath Film.
Click to watch the trailer above. Please note not all short films included may be suitable for children.
General admission is $10. 18 and under will be free at the door with ID thanks to support from the Oregon Cultural Trust. Tickets may also be purchased at the door, but there is limited seating for this special showing.
If you like our regular programming, consider becoming one of our Members or Film Lovers. Your ticket discounts will pay for themselves!
