Deadline for KIFF submissions is Monday, June 1
The 8th annual Klamath Independent Film Festival returns Sept. 18-20 in Klamath Falls. Nearly $2,000 in cash prizes are being offered in a variety of categories:
Southern films (shot predominately in, or by residents of Oregon and California counties on the Oregon/California border):
-Southern film features (40 minutes or more)
-Southern film shorts (under 40 minutes)
-K-12 student shorts
Northern films (shot predominately in, or by residents of the remainder of the State of Oregon):
-Northern film features (40 minutes or more)
-Northern film shorts (under 40 minutes)
-K-12 student shorts
-Things we missed (films older than Jan. 1, 2019)
Films completed by Jan. 1, 2019 or later and shot predominantly in Oregon are eligible to be submitted. Submission deadline is June 1 via FilmFreeway, selections for the 2020 Klamath Independent Film Festival will be announced on July 10.
