SOU student films to be aired on TV, livestreamed June 4
Southern Oregon University film students are sharing their year’s work with the annual SOU Student Film festival, airing live on RVTV Prime and streaming online on Thursday June 4, from 6-9 p.m.
The festival not only showcases films created by current students, but also doubles as a celebration for graduating seniors in the Digital Cinema major program.
In addition to completed films, also screening will be senior Capstone works-in-progress and the sitcom pilot for “Local Heroes.” An awards ceremony and online vote for audience choice will follow the screenings.
