Get ready for Portland weird! We are once again bringing in an eclectic selection of short films from Portland's "Northwest Filmmakers' Festival" (not to be confused with our own "Klamath Independent Film Festival"). The Northwest Filmmakers' Festival is one of Oregon's longest running festivals, having just finished it's 44th year.
